There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

We have known Gina Alexander for many years, but did not need her real estate expertise until recently. In the past 12 months, Gina has helped us with the sale of 2 homes and the purchase of another. Each transaction was handled professionally and made us very confident in her abilities as an agent. Her advice was well thought and extremely useful. She gave us ideas on how to make our home more marketable and which features should be emphasized on her website. She carefully researched each market to determine prices and helped us negotiate and close the deal on our new home with utmost speed. This was necessary as our home of 18 years sold in only 5 days and we had to move within a month! She set aside time to do walk-throughs with us on our new home so we wouldn’t leave out any important details. She even helped us measure for blinds!! wanted but were still open to suggestions. We learned about Gina Alexander
through her advertising and called her to help us find a house. She listened
carefully to what we were looking for, the features that were absolutes and

During this time when we couldn't be there to handle situations that needed local attention, Gina gladly made the phone call or helped on our behalf.
